How to get your Mobile device get repaired through OneAssist:-

You have get OneAssist service for your handset whenever you got new Highend mobile by thinking that you may get your device get repaired through them as they give Liquid and accidental damages . But there are very much difficulties in getting them repaired from them as might face following problems and there are solutions along with the same:-

1.       Problem Description:-

Problem:-

While filing your claim you have write problem description in detail as they required minimum 250 words problem description and write about only liquid and accidental damages details which you know as if you don’t know how the device got damaged than your claim will get rejected.

Solution:-

So getting your claim you have write damage description thinking twice before writing. So write in details how your device has fallen such as while talking on phone all of sudden phone fell on ground etc. or liquid damages such as how liquid has fallen on device.

2.       Documents indicating damages:-

There are following documents required while filling your claim:-

(i)                 Device front image with IMEI no.

Problem:-

There is problem with this as when device got damaged due to liquid or device screen not getting ON

Solution:-

In case listed above you have to upload device pic along with Device Box showing IMEI no. of device.

(ii)                Device back panel picture

(iii)               Original Invoice pic

(iv)              Your government issued ID

Now after filling all details your claim has been filled but still your work isn’t over they will call you for getting details how your device got damaged after explaining them the same you have rewrite the problem description and even you have to upload few documents again if your name on government ID isn’t matching with invoice image uploaded.

You may even get so much frustrated that you have knock the grievance redressal  door and they will help you in your claim request getting through.

But don’t loss hope and keep uploading the required documents and they will finally repair your device and repaired device will be as good as new device.
